Concept
We have two field representatives Ron Gagliardi and Jeff Ward. They will meet with you and participate in the creative process. The whole solution to reducing your cost is for you to fully understand the process in order to reduce the production time and reduce the revision components of the project.
As for me, (Rick Smith the miserable member of the bunch) I work with you online. I am constantly looking for ways to reduce your cost and deliver a quality experience. By collaborating online, you can work on your project at your leisure. You are instantly updated when I have submitted changes for your approval. For storyboarding we currently use Toufee for experienced online video editors or Motionbox for basic online editing. We also are looking into offering Spotmixer, which is a diy application.
ProductionWe are currently utilizing Imagefolio to host our library of stock audio, video and photos for your use. I will do onsite work for $30.00 an hour plus travel and expense's. I use two JVC GHD-1 for filming. The preferred method, is for you to upload you branded content and we will use royalty free content from either IStockphoto or Revostock.
Post ProductionOnce we have the content and your storyboard, I will collaborate with you online and in person. Online is the free way to work with me and is included in the project price. As I said, we will use the two online video editors and for detail project collaboration Conceptshare. For project management we will use Teamwork Live.
